On July 8, the Matthew Mangine Jr. “One Shot” Foundation partnered with Kings Hammer to provide Take 10 training for the organization’s operations staff. The session equipped team members with the knowledge and confidence to recognize the signs of sudden cardiac arrest, activate emergency response by calling 911, begin Hands-Only CPR, and locate and use an AED during those critical first moments of a cardiac emergency.
By training the staff who support athletes every day, Kings Hammer is taking an important step toward creating a safer environment for players, families, coaches, and visitors. Through partnerships like this, the One Shot Foundation continues its mission of expanding Take 10 into schools, sports organizations, and communities—helping ensure that more people are prepared to take action when every second counts.
