The Matthew Mangine Jr. “One Shot” Foundation recently visited Verst Logistics to provide Take 10 training for employees, giving team members the knowledge and confidence to respond during a sudden cardiac arrest emergency.

During the training, participants learned the critical steps that can help save a life: recognizing sudden cardiac arrest, calling 911, beginning Hands-Only CPR, and using an AED. Cardiac emergencies can happen anywhere—including the workplace—and having trained people nearby can make a lifesaving difference in those crucial minutes before EMS arrives.
