Teaching Safety at Camp ElevatED with the Kenton County School District

On August 3, the Matthew Mangine Jr. “One Shot” Foundation joined educators and staff from the Kenton County School District at Camp ElevatED, hosted at Scott High School, to provide Take 10 training. The session focused on preparing participants to respond confidently to sudden cardiac arrest by recognizing the emergency, calling 911, beginning Hands-Only CPR, and using an AED.

Training school communities is at the heart of the Take 10 mission. By giving educators and staff practical lifesaving knowledge, we can help build a culture of preparedness that extends throughout our schools and into the broader community. We are grateful to Kenton County School District and Camp ElevatED for the opportunity to share Take 10 and make cardiac emergency preparedness a priority.
