Take 10 Training at La Salle High School

On August 17, the Matthew Mangine Jr. “One Shot” Foundation brought Take 10 training to La Salle High School, continuing our mission to make lifesaving cardiac emergency preparedness a part of every school community.

Through Take 10, participants learned how to recognize sudden cardiac arrest, call 911, begin Hands-Only CPR, and use an AED with confidence. These simple but critical skills can make all the difference in the minutes before emergency responders arrive.

Thank you to La Salle High School for welcoming the One Shot Foundation and helping us create a community of students and staff who are prepared to step up, take action, and potentially save a life.
