2025 Lifesavers Luau

Join our foundation for an evening that’s part educational opportunity and part end-of-summer celebration! Our inaugural Lifesavers Luau on Saturday, August 2 invites guests to learn more about keeping student athletes safe and measures they can take to be prepared in medical emergencies, all while socializing with fellow guests over dinner and drinks.
Event Itinerary
5-6PM – Arrivals, socializing, information booths
6-7PM – Dinner (buffet style)
7-8PM – Keeping Your Student Athlete Safe panel discussion* and Q&A
8-9PM – TAKE10 (hands-only CPR) training, AED training, information booths
* Panelists include:
- Aaron Himmler, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Sports Medicine (University of Cincinnati)
- Lindsay Davis, national heart health advocate (learn about Ohio’s Lindsay’s Law here) and former Miss Ohio
- Stephanie Kuzydym, investigative and accountability reporter for The Louisville Courier Journal, with a specific focus on safer sidelines for high school athletes
